If you will need shipping, forward a copy of your invoice to auctions@tryc2.com by the end of PICKUP. After May 27th, any items not picked up or shipped will be relisted and not refunded. PREVIEW: Our preview day for this auction is by appointment. Appointments can be scheduled by reaching out to auctions@tryc2.com and can be made for Monday through Friday from 8am-12pm and 1pm-3:30pm. All items in this auction are sold AS IS. Some items in this auction are damaged, returned items, or missing parts. We inspect each item as best as we can, but it is up to the bidder to inspect the item on inspection day or on pickup day before removing their items from the facility, if they feel it is necessary. All items in this auction meet the R2V3 standard codes of C8, F6, and is a non-data containing device unless noted otherwise in a listing description BIDDING: Bidding on the first lot will close END at 5:03pm on May 21st, with each successive lot delayed slightly. If a bidder places a bid within the last 2 minutes, the end time of that lot will be extended. Full terms of the auction can be found on HiBid. PAYMENT: We are unable to accept cash or checks. The card entered into our site will be charged INVOICE after the auction's close. At that time you will receive an email with your invoice from auctions@tryc2.com. PICKUP/SHIPPING: If you do not pick up your items or forward us your invoice for shipping by 05/27, your items WILL be re-listed and your purchase WILL NOT be refunded. Mason's Auction Services "Let Our Family Serve Yours" online public estate auction. This is an online only auction, all bidding will take place online. Pickup will take place on Saturday June 1st from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at Mason's Station located at 2485 Williamsport Pike, Martinsburg WV, 25404. Any items not picked up on the specified day and time will be considered abandoned and forfeited by buyer! Shipping is available on many lots for this sale (as marked) through "Goin Postal Shippers" of Martinsburg WV, items will be taken to "Goin Postal Shippers" on Monday, June 3rd. All FFL regulations will be followed. All firearms will be delivered to Paradise Pawn on Monday, June 3rd. Any handguns purchased by MD, VA, or PA residents will go through Paradise Pawn who will deliver to the following FFL dealers: Skeeters Firearms in Maryland, Bears Trading Post in Virginia, and Hunter's Den in Pennsylvania. State fees will apply, in state (WV) $20 or out of state (MD,VA, PA) $30. All out of state bidders from MD, VA or PA can be approved for bidding. Please note additional fees will apply for transport and state background. Payment will take place after the end of the sale via the credit card used to register for the sale on HiBid. There will be a 15% buyer's premium for all transactions. All items sold as is, where is, with all faults known and unknown.
